JEWEL's Minute Tool streamlines the taking of minutes and the creation of standard agendas.

Standard attendees - such as found on committees - can be preloaded. With a click of a mouse they can be marked as present, absent or having sent an apology.
The agenda can be pulled into the framework of the minutes.
Items can be flagged as requiring action and can be automatically pulled into the next agenda.
Minutes are automatically saved to a predefined directory for ease of retrieval.
The result is a document that has a fixed layout - not matter who takes the minutes - and is easily filled in.

Standard items are set up in the new agenda.
Items previously marked as needing action in the minutes can be automatically included in the agendas.
Agendas are automatically saved to a predefined directory for ease of retrieval.
The result is an agenda that includes all the standard items for your meetings plus the action items from the previous meeting.
